Client Media Content

When you use our services, you may upload Original Client Media for editing, enhancement, virtual staging, or visualization. Original Client Media may contain visual information about properties, interiors, or locations.

Ownership and Use of Media

• You retain full ownership of all Original Client Media you upload.
• Upon delivery and full payment, you retain full ownership and usage rights to the Delivered Media for listing, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes related to the property.
• Kaleidosky Studio does not claim ownership of Original Client Media or Delivered Media.
• You grant Kaleidosky Studio a limited, non exclusive license to use both Original Client Media and Delivered Media solely for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including before and after comparisons that demonstrate our services.
• Such use will be limited to showcasing our work and will not include resale, licensing, or use unrelated to promoting Kaleidosky Studio.
• If you prefer that your media not be used for portfolio or promotional purposes, you may request an opt out in writing.

Media Retention

• Original Client Media may be temporarily retained to complete services, revisions, quality assurance, or customer support.
• Delivered Media may be retained for a limited period to support re delivery or service continuity.
• All Original Client Media and Delivered Media are securely deleted according to internal retention practices unless longer retention is required by law or explicitly requested by the client.

• Process payments through Stripe
• Provide hosting, storage, delivery, or infrastructure services
